About SnapNSign

SnapNSign is a browser-based tool for scanning, signing and sending documents from a phone or computer. It works without installing a traditional desktop application.

What you can do

• Photograph paper pages or attach supported files and turn them into a PDF.
• Add signature and text fields, sign yourself or share a secure link with another signer.
• Download the completed PDF and keep it on your own device.

Privacy by design

Document encryption and decryption happen in your browser. SnapNSign's relay receives only encrypted document data and does not receive the encryption key contained in the share link. Encrypted delivery copies are temporary and are deleted according to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account stores the email address needed for sign-in, credit balances, purchase records and service preferences. Your documents stay on your device unless you choose to share them or save them to your own storage.

Simple, transparent pricing

SnapNSign offers starter documents after email verification and paid credit packs for continued use. A completed document uses one credit and may contain up to 50 pages. Current prices and plan details are listed on the Pricing page.
