SnapNSign

Scan, sign and send documents from your phone

Photograph multi-page documents, add signature fields and share an end-to-end encrypted link. A one-time email code verifies every completed document.

One link for a whole group

Need the same form signed by a class, a team or tenants? Create a group-signing link and share it once. Each person opens it and signs their own copy, and the signed copies come back to you. Each completed copy uses one credit; group links are included with packs of 20 credits or more.

How it works

  1. Scan pages with your camera or attach a file.
  2. Place signature and text fields where they are needed.
  3. Sign yourself, or share the encrypted link by message or email.
  4. Download the signed PDF and keep it on your device.

Questions and answers

Do I need to install an app?

No. SnapNSign works in the browser on phones and computers. You can add it to your home screen if you like.

Who can read my documents?

Documents are encrypted and decrypted in your browser. Our relay receives only encrypted data, and temporary encrypted copies are deleted automatically.

Does the signer need a password?

No. The signer opens the link and confirms their email with a one-time code. No password is needed.

How much does it cost?

After email verification you get 2 starter documents. After that, each completed document of up to 50 pages uses one credit. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
